Shipping

All our jewelry are custom made to order in Sydney Australia and can be completed within 7 working days.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, and you can track it via a link on the company's website.

Shipping anywhere in Australia is free by Australia Post eParcel. GST is included in all prices. Please allow 7-8 working days from the time of your order.

Shipping everywhere else in the world is $10 by UPS. We cover the duties and taxes so the shipping provider will not require additional payment for you to collect your goods. Please allow for at least 10-days from the time of your purchase to receive your goods.

Repairs and Returns

All of our jewelry is inspected before we pack and ship it.

Our packaging has been designed to protect our goods during transport and to have as low impact on the environment as possible.

If jewelry is damaged while transporting, or you are unsatisfied with the quality of production, please contact us within 7-days from the time you receive it. We will try to repair or replace any faulty items. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damaged items so we can assess the damage before you send it to us.

If you purchase your item as a gift, and the recipient would like to replace it for another item or color, please contact us .

If your jewelry is damaged while you wear it, or after the 7-day return period, we might be able to fix it, so please contact us and we will try to help.

Please contact us for instructions about how to return faulty items.

If you are totally unsatisfied with the product, and cannot find a replacement, we will refund your purchase or provide you credit for future purchases.
